Postnuptial Agreements

Postnuptial agreements (AKA postmarital agreements or “postnups”) are similar to prenuptial agreements in that they are contracts that handle issues relating to property and money in the event of one spouse’s death or a divorce. However, they differ in that postnuptial agreements are put in place after the marriage.
