Mr. Sperling is the founder of The Sperling Law Firm. Mitchell’s practice is exclusive to resolution of family law disputes, including, but not limited to, divorce, child custody/visitation, support, and division of assets. Mr. Sperling represents business executives, producers, workplace professionals, high level personalities, professional athletes and homemakers.
Mitchell graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology and studied law at the University of West Los Angeles.
Mitchell is an active member of the legal community. He serves as a volunteer family law mediator and has served as a Judge Pro Tem for the Los Angeles Superior Court.
In his 37 years of practicing law, Mitchell has handled hundreds of family law and general litigation cases. He is well-versed in aggressive litigation tactics and trial advocacy, and will zealously present your case to the Judge.
When Mitchell is not in Court, he enjoys painting and playing with his beloved lab, Maggie.
Ms. Diarian earned her Juris Doctor degree from Trinity Law School, where she was honored with multiple awards. Prior to attending law school, Aree obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from University of California, Irvine, where she graduated with magna cum laude honors. During her years in law school, she was an active leader in numerous campus organizations, including a nonprofit that provides legal services to the poorest and most needy in Southern California. Aree also served as Editor on the Law Review.
Aree is a dedicated and compassionate attorney who has successfully settled and litigated all aspects of family law, including child custody and support issues, spousal support matters, division of property, (including community businesses), both civil and domestic violence restraining orders, as well as modification and enforcement of family law orders and judgments.
When clients work with Ms. Diarian, they can trust in her strength as an advocate in all aspects of their marital dissolution. She has proven record of aggressively and passionately representing her clients against situations that would threaten their well-being as individuals and as a family unit.
Aree currently volunteers her time with the Los Angeles Superior Court as a family law mediator and is an active member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
In her free time, Aree enjoys spending quality time with her family. She also enjoys pilates, spin, reading and traveling.
Aree is fluent in Farsi.
Ms. McAllister graduated summa cum laude from California State University, Northridge with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, minoring in English Literature. She attended law school at Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, where she graduated cum laude. In addition to her J.D., Lauren received her Certificate in Dispute Resolution and her Certificate in Criminal Legal Practice. She also served as an Executive Editor of the Pepperdine Dispute Resolution Law Journal.
Lauren is passionate about family law and providing the highest level of representation to clients. With her Certificate in Dispute Resolution, she is trained to negotiate even the most difficult of circumstances. She will aggressively advocate for her client’s position, whether through a negotiated or litigated resolution.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys Scuba Diving and travel, both domestic and international. She has a special love of London, England, where she spent her study abroad during law school. She is a volunteer attorney for Christian Legal Aid, Los Angeles and supports the environment by participating every year as a diver at the Annual Avalon Harbor Underwater Cleanup on Catalina Island.
