Caroline Abramyan is a Paralegal at Sperling Diarian and McAllister, APLC and has been with the firm for over five years. Caroline assists with all aspects of file management and organization, including drafting pleadings, organizing documents, court applications, and gathering and analyzing evidence.
She attended Glendale Community College to complete her general education courses.
Caroline’s personal interests include traveling, dining, watching movies, and spending time with her family. She has a special love of Sydney, Australia, where she lived as a child. She dreams of traveling to France and other cities across the United States.
Caroline is dedicated to providing clients with a caring, friendly atmosphere where they feel comfortable. She greets each client with a warm smile and helps to facilitate the relationship between the attorneys and clients.
John graduated from Southwestern Law School, where he served as Vice President of the Student Bar Association and was active in the Armenian Law Students Association. John received his Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from California State University, Northridge.
John is passionate about family law and about helping clients obtain the best possible outcomes for their cases. He is skilled in both negotiation and litigation, and can help guide clients through the toughest negotiations.
On his free time, John enjoys cooking. His favorite cuisines to cook are Italian and Mexican. When he is not in the kitchen, you can find him at the beach or hiking in the mountains.
Ms. McAllister graduated summa cum laude from California State University, Northridge with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, minoring in English Literature. She attended law school at Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, where she graduated cum laude. In addition to her J.D., Lauren received her Certificate in Dispute Resolution and her Certificate in Criminal Legal Practice. She also served as an Executive Editor of the Pepperdine Dispute Resolution Law Journal.
Ms. McAllister is passionate about family law and providing the highest level of representation to clients. With her Certificate in Dispute Resolution, she is trained to negotiate even the most difficult of circumstances. She will aggressively advocate for her client’s position, whether through a negotiated or litigated resolution. Ms. McAllister is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Santa Clarita Valley Bar Association, and San Fernando Valley Bar Association.
Outside of work, Ms. McAllister enjoys Scuba Diving and travel, both domestic and international. She has a special love of London, England, where she spent her study abroad during law school. She is a volunteer attorney for Christian Legal Aid, Los Angeles and supports the environment by participating every year as a diver at the Annual Avalon Harbor Underwater Cleanup on Catalina Island and other underwater cleanup events.
Ms. Diarian earned her Juris Doctor degree from Trinity Law School, where she was honored with multiple academic awards. During her years in law school, she was an active leader in numerous campus organizations, and also served as Editor of Law Review. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Diarian obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from University of California, Irvine, where she graduated with magna cum laude honors.
Ms. Diarian is a dedicated and compassionate attorney who has successfully settled and litigated all aspects of family law, including child custody and support issues, spousal support matters, division of property, (including community businesses), both civil and domestic violence restraining orders, as well as modification and enforcement of family law orders and judgments.
When clients work with Ms. Diarian, they can trust in her strength as an advocate in all aspects of their marital dissolution. She has proven record of aggressively and passionately representing her clients against situations that would threaten their well-being as individuals and as a family unit.
Ms. Diarian currently volunteers her time with the Los Angeles Superior Court as a family law mediator and is an active member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and San Fernando Valley Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in all California Courts, as well as the Western, Southern, and Central United States District Courts.
When she is not zealously advocating for her clients, Ms. Diarian enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling, and working out. Ms. Diarian is fluent in Farsi.
Mr. Sperling is the founder of Sperling Diarian & McAllister, APLC. Mr. Sperling’s practice is exclusive to resolution of family law disputes, including, but not limited to, divorce, child custody/visitation, support, and division of assets. Mr. Sperling represents wealthy, high-profile business owners, corporate executives, professional athletes, doctors, lawyers, accountants, actors, motion picture and television executives, and homemakers. He has achieved success in and out of the courtroom and is recognized as one of the leading family law attorneys in the San Fernando Valley.
Mr. Sperling graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology and studied law at the University of West Los Angeles.
Mr. Sperling is an active member of the legal community. He serves as a volunteer family law mediator and has served as a Judge Pro Tem for the Los Angeles Superior Court.
In his 37 years of practicing law, Mr. Sperling has handled hundreds of family law and general litigation cases. He is well-versed in aggressive litigation tactics and trial advocacy, and will passionately present your case.
When Mr. Sperling is not in Court, he enjoys painting and playing with his beloved lab, Maggie.
